Lauren Capson was born and raised in Idaho Falls. She graduated from Bonneville High School and received her undergraduate degree from BYU-Idaho. She received her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana. Ever since Lauren was a child, she knew that she wanted to be a Physician Assistant. Working as a medical assistant at Pain and Spine when she was attending BYU-I further cemented her passion for the field. Now, as a PA at Pain and Spine, she continues to provide excellent care for every patient.

In her free time, Lauren values spending quality time with her family and has a passion for camping, traveling, cooking, and baking.
